Responsibilities
- Execution & Delivery: Collaborate daily with the Lead Developer to bring the roadmap to life. Guarantee feature quality, clarity, and reliability.
- Strategy & Roadmap: Build and drive the product roadmap together with the CEO. Identify market needs and prioritise features to create clear product requirements.
- UX & Design Sensitivity: Collaborate closely with the Product Designer to shape new features. Improve user flows, simplicity, and adoption across the platform.
- Production Excellence: Take full ownership of QA and product testing. Ensure the product sitting at the heart of the company meets high subjective bars for quality.
- Technical Alignment: Act as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation ("Vibe Coding") to align developers with strategic goals.
- Experience: 3 to 8 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
- B2B SaaS Track Record: Solid experience working on high-quality, well-designed B2B SaaS products.
- Product Taste: High UX sensitivity and a strong "product eye".
- Execution Mindset: Structured, reliable, and highly autonomous with a strong ownership mindset.
- Communication: Fully comfortable communicating clearly in English in a professional context.
- Startup DNA: Comfortable working directly with founders in an early-stage, fast-paced environment.
- Strategic Role: This is not a "feature factory"—you will have a meaningful voice in the product's evolution and strategy.
