Function: Human Resource Operations (HRO)
Bands: 4A | 4B | 4C | 4D
(This posting covers multiple HRO openings including Internal Recruiting, Onboarding, Contracting Support, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Performance & Compensation, Lead, and Tower Lead roles. Selected candidates will be aligned to one specific role or tower based on experience and business requirements.)
Recruitment Operations
- Manage recruitment activities including requisition management, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and pre-onboarding.
- Ensure accurate job postings, job description updates, and requisition approvals.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to meet hiring SLAs and business requirements.
Contractor Screening, Background Verification & Onboarding
- Create and manage background check (BGC) packages in third-party vendor systems as per client requirements.
- Initiate and monitor BGCs, validate results, handle low-complexity adjudication, and escalate complex cases.
- Coordinate onboarding activities including documentation, compliance checks, and day-one readiness.
- Perform I-9 verification and work eligibility checks where applicable.
HR Systems & Data Management
- Create, update, and maintain candidate and employee records in HR systems.
- Ensure timely movement of candidates through recruitment and onboarding statuses.
- Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and system compliance.
Reporting, Compliance & Governance
- Prepare recruitment, onboarding, and operational reports aligned to KPIs and SLAs.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Stakeholder, Vendor & People Management
- Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers, HR partners, recruiters, vendors, and candidates.
- Manage interactions with third-party vendors (BGC, onboarding, HR services).
- Lead, coach, and mentor team members (for Lead / Tower Lead roles).
- Drive process improvements, standardization, and operational efficiency within the assigned scope.
Qualifications We Seek
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, or shared services.
- Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent solutions preferred.
- Experience supporting US recruitment and onboarding processes (for applicable roles).
- People management experience (for Lead / Tower Lead roles).
- Experience in HR Shared Services or multi-client environments preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills with excellent spoken and written English.
- Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across locations.
- Capability to drive process improvements and challenge the status quo.
