Full Stack Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join a leading organization within the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, React, and TypeScript
• Build scalable and secure backend services and APIs
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices
• Perform code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript
• Experience working in BFSI / Banking domain environments
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and application architecture
• Experience with Agile / Scrum development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements in BFSI systems
