Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join a leading organization within the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, React, and TypeScript
- Build scalable and secure backend services and APIs
- Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices
- Perform code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- 7–10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core
- Proficiency in React and TypeScript
- Experience working in BFSI / Banking domain environments
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and application architecture
- Experience with Agile / Scrum development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements in BFSI systems
