Responsibilities
- Develop a clean, user-friendly website with responsive design for optimal mobile and desktop experiences
- Integrate a secure online payment system using Stripe or an equivalent provider
- Implement essential security measures to protect user data and payment information
- Ensure the website is easy to update and manage for non-technical users
- Collaborate closely with the client to clarify requirements and provide regular progress updates
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly during development and post-launch
- Proficiency in full stack web development, including both front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a backend framework such as Node.js, Django, or similar)
- Demonstrated experience integrating payment gateways, preferably Stripe
- Strong understanding of web security best practices, especially regarding payment processing
- Ability to create mobile-responsive, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client collaboration
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to deliver projects efficiently
- Availability for a single project with openness to future work if successful
