Job Description:


Reporting to the Head of Product, the Senior Product Manager for Learning & Development oversees the entire lifecycle of a software product, from conception to delivery and beyond. The Senior Product Manager defines the product strategy, sets goals, and prioritises features based on market needs and business objectives. Senior Product Managers collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure the development aligns with the overall company vision. Additionally, they analyse market trends, gather feedback, and make data-driven decisions to optimise the product's success in the market. The Senior Product Manager role has direct reporting and management responsibilities over two Product Owners.


Desired Skills And Experience:


  • Proven experience (5+ years) in product management roles, with a track record of successfully bringing software products to market.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong commercial acumen including numeracy.
  • Demonstrated work experience of agile methodologies.
  • Ability to identify roadblocks and conflicts and work towards a resolution to keep the project on track.
  • Strong communication, presentation and listening skills.
  • Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills.
