I’m helping Boxed Wedding Invitations find a top candidate to join their team part-time for the role of Graphic Designer.

You will craft bespoke luxury stationery, elevating life's most cherished moments with unparalleled artistry.

Responsibilities and more:

Requirements

* Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

* Strong experience designing luxury custom stationery, focusing on weddings and high-end events.

* Advanced understanding of print production, including setting up files for letterpress, foil stamping, embossing and debossing, die-cutting, laser cutting, offset, and digital printing.

* Exceptional knowledge of paper stocks, weights, finishes, specialty materials, and luxury substrates.

* Proven ability to create original designs from concept to completion, not templates or stock-based work.

* Highly skilled in typography, layout, hierarchy, and spacing with an editorial-quality eye.

* Experience designing multi-piece invitation suites, including folios, pockets, liners, belly bands, tags, and day-of stationery.

* Ability to design with precision and accuracy, including die lines, folds, bleeds, and production specifications.

* Strong understanding of color management and preparing files for professional print vendors.

* Ability to interpret client vision and creative direction while elevating the design with expert-level taste.

* Experience collaborating with creative directors, planners, and production teams.

* Excellent attention to detail with zero tolerance for typographic, spacing, or production errors.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced custom environment.

* Strong communication skills and ability to receive and implement feedback efficiently.

* Comfortable working with high-touch, high-expectation luxury clients.

* Ability to maintain brand consistency while creating distinct, one-of-a-kind designs.

* Experience creating Pinterest-ready graphics, presentation decks, and mockups is a plus.

* Understanding of cost-driven design decisions, including minimums, quantities, and production limitations.

* Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently (remote or in-studio).

* Portfolio must demonstrate high-end custom stationery work, with weddings preferred.
