Are you looking to kick off your career in product management and help shape cutting-edge technologies? As a Junior Product Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with our Product Manager to move the zenon software platform forward. With a strong interest in technology, an eye for trends, and a structured mindset, you’ll add value throughout the process — from requirements analysis to implementation.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collecting and structuring requirements from the market and customer projects
  • Working closely with product management and development teams
  • Supporting the maintenance of the product roadmap and contributing your own ideas
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities
  • Creating technical specifications in collaboration with subject-matter experts
  • Supporting agile processes and organizing usability tests

Your Qualifications

  • Completed degree or vocational training with a technical background, and education or experience in software development or product management
  • Strong interest in technology, automation, and software solutions, particularly in areas such as IT/OT convergence, containerized infrastructures, and fieldbus communication (e.g. Profinet, Ethernet/IP)
  • Solid basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity
  • Initial experience with agile methods
  • Strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a high level of self-responsibility
  • Very good English skills; French is a plus

Depending on professional experience, this position is at least classified according to the IT collective agreement in ST1/entry level. The final gross salary is in line with the market and is based on your training, qualifications and experience.

This position is part of the zenon software engineering team.
