Senior Full-Stack Developer (AI Product Team)

You'll be the person who turns ambitious AI product ideas into production-ready features that global enterprises depend on. As Senior Full-Stack Developer, you build, scale, and optimize the platform that helps strategy and innovation teams make smarter decisions about the future.

This is a hybrid role based in Ghent (3 days in office), full-time, with deep experience in scalable B2B SaaS products.

What you'll do

• Build and scale core product features that directly shape how global customers interact with trends, signals, and AI insights.
• Plan, design, and deliver high-impact features in agile sprints, from idea to deployment (Python, Angular, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, MongoDB).
• Implement high-quality, maintainable code with strict adherence to SDLC practices: code reviews, automated testing, feature flagging, CI/CD, security checks.
• Optimize performance across the stack: APIs, queries, pipelines, frontend rendering.
• Own deployments and operations in a controlled, cloud-native environment (Kubernetes, Canary releases, staging → production).
• Work closely with AI engineers and data engineers to integrate NLP pipelines, trend scoring, and LLM-powered features.
• Mentor junior engineers and elevate the engineering culture.
