Senior DevOps/Cloud Engineer
My client is a leading B2B SaaS business in Germany, that offers a powerful collaboration tool targeted towards the public sector.
Due to the public sector space, this business requires a robust and highly secure infrastructure to ensure the safety of the client's data. So, the infrastructure division is one of the most interesting and challenging departments within the business.
I'm looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with over 5 years of experience working in cloud infrastructure, who has experience working on SaaS platforms at scale, ensuring performance, high availability, data security, cost efficiency and reliability.
You bring experience in
- Architecture and design of complex cloud-native systems, with the ability to define best practices and standards across teams
- Cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes (EKS, self-managed clusters, networking, security, scaling),
- Terraform (Infrastructure as Code, modular & multi-cloud strategies), Docker & Helm (containerization and application deployment)
You have a background in
- Automation
- Observability
- Delivery tools
- Scripting (Ruby preferred, Python/Bash), Go, application
- Monitoring & logging (Elasticsearch / OpenSearch, metrics, alerting),
- CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, automation),
- Networking (VPCs, routing, load balancers, DNS)
