Analyse existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement that may be purely processed based in the first instance. Thereafter, collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI to drive efficiency and automation. 

Perform root cause analysis of problems and work closely with business users to identify and translate their needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements 

Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement sessions with a broad range of internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to elicit, define and prioritise detailed business requirements. 

Ensure alignment with broader functional and technical requirements, such as Enterprise Solution Architecture, IT Security, data governance, ethical AI principles, and regulatory requirements.  

Work with Scrum Master, development and QA Teams throughout the project to ensure business requirements are understood, prioritised, and implemented as expected. 

Support change management and adoption of AI solutions across the organisation.  

Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements. 

Supports the Programme Manager in the delivery of the programme, ensuring transparency of progress, risks, and dependencies.
