Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Klaipėda for an Architect, Project Manager. The role involves overseeing architectural projects from inception to completion, coordinating designs, managing logistics, expediting processes, and ensuring timely execution. Additional responsibilities include performing inspections, monitoring project progress, collaborating with team members, and maintaining quality standards throughout project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Expediting and Expeditor duties to ensure smooth project workflows.
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Experience in Inspection and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in design and construction Autodesk Revit software is highly desirable.
• Master degree in Architecture, Urban Planning or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
