Your role 💼

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Talend-based data integration environments to support data-driven initiatives and transformation projects. The role focuses on requirements analysis, process and data understanding, and coordination between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and effective delivery.

• Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements related to data integration and reporting
• Act as an interface between business stakeholders, data teams, and IT delivery • Translate business needs into functional specifications for Talend and backend development teams
• Support data mapping, source-to-target analysis, and validation of data flows • Contribute to definition of As-Is / To-Be processes and data models • Support UAT preparation, execution, and defect follow-up
• Participate in workshops, steering meetings, and project governance
• Ensure traceability between business requirements and delivered solutions

Requirements 💡

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or data transformation projects
• Proven experience in Talend-based or ETL/data integration environments
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management
• Solid understanding of data concepts (ETL, data flows, data quality, reporting) • Comfortable interacting with technical teams (developers, data engineers, architects)
• Experience working within structured and/or Agile delivery frameworks
• Good communication skills in English & French
