Banking Project Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic Project Manager to drive the integration of a new banking partnership from strategy to full operational rollout. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, run the RFP and contracting process, lead the technical and operational setup, and ensure seamless delivery of new financial services and payment capabilities.

What You’ll Do

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of a new banking partnership: defining the project scope and strategy, running the RFP process, coordinating Legal, Compliance, IT and Operations, managing the relationship with the banking partner, and overseeing the full operational and technical rollout (payments, cash-management, integrations, APIs, system developments, testing) while ensuring compliance, risk alignment, and successful handover to business teams.

What You BringBanking & Payments Expertise

• Solid understanding of international banking operations (client onboarding, client servicing) and payment schemes (SWIFT, CSM, SDD, SCT, INST).
• Exposure to treasury or cash-management environments is a plus.
  
  

Project Leadership

• Proven experience running complex, multi-team projects end-to-end.
• Strong skills in planning, steering, tracking, and delivering on commitments.
  
  

Technical Fluency

• Good understanding of banking information systems, integrations, APIs, and data flows.
• Experience with core banking systems is a strong asset.
  
  

Negotiation & Stakeholder Management

• Ability to negotiate contract terms and manage high-stakes external relationships.
• Confident communicator able to align and inspire teams.
