About The Role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be a driving force behind the automation and optimization of our infrastructure, ensuring seamless CI/CD processes, scalable architecture, and high availability. You will take the lead in building and maintaining the systems that empower ZURU Tech to continuously deliver cutting-edge solutions. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you’ll influence key decisions, mentor peers, and tackle technical challenges across multiple platforms.

What You Will Do

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines with GitLab and Unreal Engine that build, test and deploy our main BIM software.
Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Ansible, Kubernetes, and Docker.
Develop scripts in Bash, Python, and Go to streamline operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and deployment efficiency.
Maintain and troubleshoot Linux, macOS, and Windows environments, ensuring operational excellence across the stack.
Work on a flat DevOps team formed by experts.

Sounds Nice? Check the following requirements:

5+ years of experience in a DevOps role.
Proven experience with GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, Kubernetes, Terraform and Docker.
Solid hands-on experience with AWS
Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, and Go.
Deep knowledge of Linux systems and proficiency in macOS and Windows shells.
Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and lead technical projects.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
Proficiency in English and Italian.

€40,000 - €55,000 a year

Variable Compensation: Annual Bonus & Career Development plan based on performance and achievement of KPIs/Results.
The role is Full-Time/Permanent and Hybrid as ZURU Tech has an office first approach, relocation is preferred either in Milan or Modena (Italy).
Preferred right to work in Italy as we would like to fill the role as soon as possible.

What We Offer

⌛️Flex Time: you can decide when to work from 6am to 10pm. We have a Core Time from 10:00 to 12:00 a m in whic h presence is required (wfh/office), and the rest of the day is up to you!
