For our office in adesso Spain,We are looking for an experienced Scrum / Agile Master to join our team and support agile software development initiatives. You will guide teams through agile processes, ensure successful project delivery, and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Ensure adherence to agile principles and best practices
• Support teams with a basic technical understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud environments
• Use Jira and Confluence to track progress, manage documentation, and report metrics
• Facilitate workshops and visual collaboration using Miro
• Coach teams to improve self-organization, accountability, and performance
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders and product owners
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on team metrics and feedback

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and Miro
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in large or multinational organizations is a plus
