An international organization within the life sciences sector is seeking additional support within their clinical supply operations. The company focuses on delivering high-quality medicines for global clinical trials and maintains a highly regulated, GMP-compliant environment where accuracy and teamwork are essential. You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for ensuring that investigational medicinal products reach patients safely and on time.
Role Description
As an Labelling & Packaging Operator, you will perform manual labelling, packaging, and assembly activities for clinical trial materials on the production line. Each clinical study has unique packaging configurations, making the work complex, detailed, and highly controlled. You will operate in a day-shift schedule and collaborate closely with a team of operators to deliver precise and timely output in the production line. Some activities take place at room temperature while others require work in cold room conditions (2–8°C).
Key Responsibilities
- Execute clinical labelling and packaging operations according to SOPs.
- Perform batch-related logistical tasks and ensure full compliance with quality standards.
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Escalate issues when necessary and take ownership of tasks within your assigned area.
- Complete all required training according to the training plan and corporate schedules.
- Ensure accurate execution of all manual packaging activities in a GMP/GDP environment.
Requirements
- Experience in a manual packaging environment; experience within pharma or GMP/GDP is preferred.
- Strong focus on quality, compliance, and performance.
- Comfortable working in a complex, highly regulated environment.
- Team player with clear communication skills and the ability to adapt to change.
- Experience with SAP and/or MES is preferred.
- Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn quickly.
