We are looking for a pro-active Project Manager/Digital Producer, that learns fast and plans ahead while chasing all the moving parts, fitting the pieces together, prioritizing, and managing deadlines like a pro. You are able to do all of that while maintaining excellent communications and relationships with clients and colleagues.

As a versatile digital agency, we provide brand identity, 3D, and development with outstanding Dutch Design. Some of our clients are Mizuno, Vanquish, TUI, Maxeon, KONI, Canon and Spyker.

Therefore, you will be trusted to be the bridge between clients, our in-house design teams, and software developer partners to lead our digital projects including 3D configurators, platforms, mobile applications, and Virtual Reality.

Who are you?

• You are experienced with the fundamentals of digital project management and know your way around development terminology. Fitting our 4 pillars, branding, development, 3d production and AI productions.
• You love to be in office and work with an international team managing many moving parts.
• You are a planner through and through. Also, you are (interested to become) familiar with Scrum approach.
• You are a strong communicator and are approachable to/for clients and suppliers alike.
• In possession of an HBO/WO level diploma.
• Experienced with digital project management and have worked with tech systems for at least two years.
• Good spoken and written communication skills in Dutch as well as English.
• A leader who can manage projects with minimal guidance.

Daily tasks:

• Providing end-to-end project management.
• Working with Asana boards & Team leader Orbit.
• Drawing up and executing detailed project plans and budgets together with the sales team.
• Allocating tasks and communicating these to each team member and departments.
• Have an solving attitude an real go gether bringing people together.
• Monitoring the process and communicating this to both the client and development teams.
• Ensuring projects are delivered in time and up to the quality standards.
