Position: Digital Project & Brand Partnerships Manager

Location: Etiler, Istanbul

Employment Type: Hybrid


Job Description:


  • Develop creative product placement and brand integration scenarios to increase brand collaborations across the company’s digital assets,
  • Create content integration and product placement ideas aligned with various digital content formats and distribution channels,
  • Present developed concepts and projects to brands and agencies, and manage communication and proposal processes,
  • Revise and improve scenarios based on received feedback,
  • Track and report on project performance, sales outcomes, and partnership effectiveness to management,
  • Hold regular meetings with brands to identify collaboration opportunities and new business prospects,
  • Lead projects as a project owner throughout all stages, from initial contact to publication, for sold projects,
  • Ensure projects are published on time, fully and in line with defined objectives,
  • Conduct research on target industries and brands to develop strategic recommendations,
  • Provide post-project feedback to brands and contribute to the creation of new business opportunities,
  • Prepare creative briefs when necessary and manage projects end-to-end.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, Radio, Cinema and Television, or related fields),
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital projects, content, or media-related roles,
  • Advanced level of English proficiency,
  • Strong communication and presentation skills,
  • Highly competent in time and priority management, with strong attention to detail,
  • Advanced problem-solving and crisis management skills,
  • High persuasion skills with a results-driven and sales-oriented mindset,
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and coordination abilities,
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and open to continuous self-development.
