Signature Pharmacy and SignatureRx are award-winning prescribing creation and pharmacy fulfilment providers in the UK. As part of our continued growth, we have an established software development team based in the UAE and are now looking for a Software Project Manager to lead delivery across multiple internal and external software projects.
This is a hands-on role focused on ownership, delivery, and process improvement. You will work closely with designers, product managers, QA engineers, and developers to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of software initiatives across the business. Managing a team of approximately 10 designers, product managers, QAs, and developers, you’ll own development timelines, sprint planning, tooling, and communication across teams and stakeholders.

You will be reporting directly to the project manager and be responsible for team output and delivery.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Design and implement efficient development processes to maximise team output
- Establish clear communication pathways for bug reporting, tracking, prioritisation, and resolution without impacting delivery timelines
- Create a structured process for internal and external stakeholders to propose features and enhancements, ensuring effective prioritisation and scheduling
- Coordinate and streamline communication across product, design, QA, and development teams
- Plan, manage, and run sprints and agile ceremonies
- Support ticket grooming and backlog management
- Own and manage Jira to ensure it is used effectively across projects
- Manage Zoho applications to support operational efficiency
- Drive agile execution and continuous improvement
- Support the ongoing implementation and maintenance of ISO 27001 processes
- Strong experience as a Software Project Manager in an agile environment
- Expert-level knowledge of Jira
- Experience with Zoho applications, or a strong willingness to learn
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with cross-functional technical teams
- Full-time, permanent role based in Dubai, UAE
