Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain our company website
• Create high-converting landing pages for marketing campaigns
• Optimize pages for speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO basics
• Integrate forms with CRM, WhatsApp, Meta, Google Ads, etc.
• Implement tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, GTM)
• Make quick edits, updates, and improvements based on campaign needs

Required Skills

• Strong experience with WordPress / Webflow / custom CMS
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience building conversion-focused landing pages
• Knowledge of page speed optimization
• Familiarity with marketing tools & tracking pixels
• Ability to work closely with marketing teams

Nice to Have

• Experience in real estate websites
• Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
• Basic design sense (UI/UX awareness)
