Dubai Holding is looking to hire a Senior Manager – Information Security Operations at Dubai Holding. The job holder is responsible for leading enterprise Information Security Operations under a managed SOC model, ensuring effective detection, response, and resilience against advanced and AI-enabled cyber threats across on-prem, cloud, and SaaS environments.

Key Accountabilities:
- Govern and manage Managed SOC service providers, ensuring strong SLAs, KPIs, advanced threat detection coverage, and continuous SOC maturity improvement.
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end cyber incident response, including triage, containment, eradication, recovery, root-cause analysis, and post-incident improvement actions across internal teams and managed SOC partners.
- Lead response to advanced and AI-enabled cyber threats, including automated attacks, AI-driven phishing, deepfake-based social engineering, and abnormal behaviour patterns.
- Drive adoption, tuning, and operationalization of AI/ML-based security analytics, UEBA, XDR, and automated response capabilities in production environments, improving detection accuracy and reducing MTTR and alert fatigue.
- Ensure operational effectiveness and integration of the enterprise security topology, covering IAM, network security, endpoint protection, cloud and SaaS security, and data protection controls.
- Oversee secure and responsible enterprise use of AI and GenAI platforms, addressing risks such as data leakage, model misuse, shadow AI, and third-party AI exposure from a security operations standpoint.
- Act as incident commander for major security incidents, coordinating internal teams and SOC partners through containment, recovery, and post-incident reviews.
- Provide clear executive-level reporting on incidents, emerging threats, and AI-related security risks.
Who we are looking for:
- 10+ years of experience in information security operations, with strong exposure to managed SOC models.
- Demonstrated experience deploying and operating AI-driven security capabilities in production environments (e.g., UEBA, XDR, SOAR automation, ML-based detection).
- Strong foundation in security operations fundamentals (SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, IAM, WAF, CASB, DLP, vulnerability management).
- Working knowledge of cloud and SaaS security operations in large enterprise environments.
- UAE or regional (GCC) experience is preferred, with awareness of local regulatory, compliance, and threat landscape considerations.
- Proven leadership, vendor management, and executive communication skills.
Education/Professional Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCIH, or equivalent.
