Job Title: Staff iOS Engineer

Our Client is seeking a Staff iOS Engineer to drive the development of cutting-edge mobile applications and lead major platform initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects, mentor talented engineers, and shape the future of mobile technology.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and lead delivery of critical components and platform requirements in collaboration with senior engineers and architects.
• Work as part of a dynamic mobile team throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle.
• Design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across a full stack of tools and technologies within Agile teams.
• Provide insights on emerging technologies and their impact on mobile development.
• Mentor junior, intermediate, and senior mobile developers to foster growth and technical excellence.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience developing Native iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Strong background in application design, architecture, and development.
• Experience mentoring team members and guiding technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience leading the full software development lifecycle.
• Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with open-source frameworks.
