We are seeking a passionate and skilled Data Scientist to join our team and drive the development of customer experience dashboards using Tableau. This role is expected to work with various stakeholders to transform diverse customer feedback—structured and unstructured—into actionable insights that enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards that visualize customer experience metrics.
• Integrate and analyse data from multiple sources including surveys, emails, call transcripts, social media posts and other interactions.
• Apply natural language processing (NLP) techniques or Large Language Model (LLM) to extract topics, sentiments, and trends from unstructured text data.
• Write efficient SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
• Develop Python scripts for data preprocessing, sentiment analysis, and topic modelling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and data requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in a data science or analytics role.
• Proficiency in Tableau for dashboard creation and data storytelling.
• Strong command of Python (especially for text analytics and data manipulation).
• Solid experience with SQL for querying large datasets.
• Familiarity with NLP libraries and GenAI.
• Ability to work with unstructured data and derive meaningful insights.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
