Responsibilities:
- Working alongside with various stakeholders within the engineering team, different functions, or the management team to establish business needs
- Able to work independently and coordinate with respective stakeholder across different application domainsBuild end-to-end data pipelines and scalable ML models using Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and LLM frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face).
- Provide technical support as needed
- Prepare and compile documentation and materials related to the project
- Develop AI/ML-powered solutions for automation, predictive modeling, and LLM applications.
- Mentor junior team members on AI best practices and ethical AI principles.
- Communicate insights via dashboards (Power BI) and storytelling.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
- 2+ years in data science with proven AI/ML model deployment experience.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with LLM tools (OpenAI GPT, Llama 2) and prompt engineering.
- Data wrangling (Pandas, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML).
- Relevant work experience in RAG architecture, AI Agent development
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
