In this position you will…

Lead cross-functional teams, oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions for our new MGA, VTRO. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, using your strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills to drive alignment and results across stakeholders.

You will be responsible for…

• Leading projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations
• Developing detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
• Coordinating cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders, clients, and external vendors
• Monitoring project progress, managing risks, and resolving issues promptly
• Conducting regular status meetings and providing clear updates to stakeholders
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Documenting project milestones, deliverables, and lessons learned
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to support scalable project management practices

You will require the following qualifications and skills

• Bachelor’s degree required
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
• 3+ years of experience in a relevant industry (e.g., insurance, financial services, SaaS, or consulting)
• Strong analytical skills and a track record of data-driven decision making
• Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight
• Proven experience in change management and risk mitigation
