Change Enablement & Knowledge Coordinator

We are looking for a Change Enablement & Knowledge Coordinator to drive training and adoption of new ways of working across a diverse global stakeholder network. This role ensures teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and understanding to embrace end-to-end processes, workflow features, and data-driven capabilities. You will design and execute tailored training programs, interactive learning formats, and communication strategies to embed change and accelerate adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enablement & Training Design:
    • Develop structured enablement approaches, including personas, needs, objectives, and formats.
    • Design engaging training programs and materials (playbooks, e-learning, workshops, infographics).
    • Measure training effectiveness and adoption rates.
    • Training Execution & Change Embedment:

    • Deliver training sessions on new processes, workflows, and tools.
    • Support communication during rollouts and feature releases.
    • Drive pilots and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new functionalities.
    • Champion Engagement & Collaboration:

    • Build and nurture a network of change champions.
    • Facilitate knowledge-sharing activities (forums, roundtables, community events).
    • Gather feedback to improve adoption strategies and operating models.
    • Documentation & Knowledge Management:

    • Create and maintain a central knowledge repository (FAQs, guidelines, best practices).
    • Ensure alignment with global standards and evolving methodologies.
Requirements:

  • Proven experience in training program design and change management within global organizations.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation.
  • Proficiency in learning tools (e.g., Articulate, SAP Litmos, Adobe Captivate) and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint).
  • Ability to translate complex processes into clear, user-friendly content.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with marketing operations and workflow technologies is a plus.
