We’re seeking a seasoned Software Engineering Manager to lead our development team in building scalable, high-performance solutions. You’ll manage a talented group of engineers working along the LAMP stack, drive the development of new products, and optimize existing systems to support our growing data infrastructure.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges.

We’re seeking a seasoned Software Engineering Manager to lead our development team in building scalable, high-performance solutions. You’ll manage a talented group of engineers working along the LAMP stack, drive the development of new products, and optimize existing systems to support our growing data infrastructure.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers working on the LAMP stack
- Oversee development and maintenance of ETL processes for diverse data formats (JSON, XML, CSV, HTML)
- Refactor and re-architect long-running backend jobs for performance and scalability
- Investigate and resolve system anomalies and performance issues
- Provide technical governance and support for troubleshooting complex issues
- Participate in the on-call rotation and ensure system reliability
- Drive the development of new products and capabilities to enhance market position
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals
- Establish policies, standards, and procedures for technical work within the team
- 7+ years in professional software development
- 5+ years of experience with AWS infrastructure and services, server-side programming (PHP preferred), relational databases (MariaDB/MySQL preferred)
- Strong analytical and debugging skills
- Experience with Laravel framework
- Proven ability to design and scale big data solutions
- Solid architecture and design expertise
- Ability to manage multiple time-critical projects simultaneously
- Passion for solving problems and working with complex codebases
- Prior experience in software maintenance and infrastructure support
- Experience with data mining and unstructured data processing
- Familiarity with accounting or regulatory data domains
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
