Position Overview

Meril Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a competent and motivated Product Manager to manage and grow its medical devices portfolio. The role requires strong expertise in product lifecycle management, strategic marketing, and cross-functional collaboration to support business growth and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management

• Manage the complete product lifecycle, including planning, launch, growth, and optimization
• Develop annual business plans, product strategies, and sales forecasts
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and product performance

Marketing & Business Development

• Plan and execute product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional strategies
• Develop and maintain marketing collaterals, presentations, and communication tools
• Support branding initiatives and ensure alignment with corporate strategy

Sales Enablement

• Provide structured product training and ongoing support to the sales team
• Collaborate with sales teams to improve product adoption and revenue growth
• Participate in sales meetings, customer engagements, and key account discussions

Market Research & Stakeholder Engagement

• Conduct market research and gather insights from healthcare professionals and channel partners
• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and external stakeholders
• Represent the organization at conferences, CMEs, and industry events

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with R&D, regulatory, supply chain, and quality teams
• Support clinical evaluations and ensure regulatory compliance
• Contribute to product improvements based on market feedback

Reporting & Analysis

• Monitor KPIs, sales trends, and ROI of marketing initiatives
• Prepare management reports and business presentations

Candidate Profile

• MBA / PGDM (Marketing preferred)
• 3–8 years of Product Management experience in Medical Devices / Pharma / Healthcare
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Willingness to travel
