Position Overview
Meril Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a competent and motivated Product Manager to manage and grow its medical devices portfolio. The role requires strong expertise in product lifecycle management, strategic marketing, and cross-functional collaboration to support business growth and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management
- Manage the complete product lifecycle, including planning, launch, growth, and optimization
- Develop annual business plans, product strategies, and sales forecasts
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and product performance
Marketing & Business Development
- Plan and execute product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional strategies
- Develop and maintain marketing collaterals, presentations, and communication tools
- Support branding initiatives and ensure alignment with corporate strategy
Sales Enablement
- Provide structured product training and ongoing support to the sales team
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve product adoption and revenue growth
- Participate in sales meetings, customer engagements, and key account discussions
Market Research & Stakeholder Engagement
- Conduct market research and gather insights from healthcare professionals and channel partners
- Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and external stakeholders
- Represent the organization at conferences, CMEs, and industry events
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with R&D, regulatory, supply chain, and quality teams
- Support clinical evaluations and ensure regulatory compliance
- Contribute to product improvements based on market feedback
Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor KPIs, sales trends, and ROI of marketing initiatives
- Prepare management reports and business presentations
Candidate Profile
- MBA / PGDM (Marketing preferred)
- 3–8 years of Product Management experience in Medical Devices / Pharma / Healthcare
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Willingness to travel
