Key Responsibilities
UX Strategy & Design
- Lead end-to-end UX design across web and digital product initiatives
- Translate business objectives and user insights into clear, actionable experience strategies
- Plan and conduct user research including interviews, usability testing, and surveys
- Synthesize research findings into personas, journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Ensure usability, accessibility, and consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to define problems and align on experience goals
- Facilitate discovery workshops, design sprints, and UX reviews
- Present UX concepts and articulate design decisions backed by research and insights
- Mentor and provide constructive feedback to mid-level and junior UX designers
- Collaborate closely with UI, brand, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive execution
- Contribute to improving UX processes, standards, and best practices
- Champion user-centered design, simplicity, and clarity
- Balance creativity with usability, scalability, and technical feasibility
- Maintain high-quality design standards across all deliverables
- 5-8+ years of professional experience in UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy, problem-solving, and end-to-end design thinking
- Expertise in user research, information architecture, and interaction design
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards and usability best practices
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Experience working with global brands or complex digital platforms
- Familiarity with design systems and scalable UX frameworks
- Understanding of front-end development constraints and workflows
