Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions to meet project objectives
- Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems as needed
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce environment
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to existing Salesforce configurations
- Document technical processes and solutions for future reference
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written)
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders
- Availability for part-time, contract-based work
- Salesforce certifications are highly desirable
