As an experienced Product Manager in our Digital Consulting practice, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, driving digital business transformation and delivering measurable value through iterative, customer-centric solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape product strategies, and ensure successful delivery in complex corporate environments.
You bring together cross-functional teams with capabilities in Strategy, Experience, Engineering, and Data, guiding them to develop compelling proposals and market-ready offerings with a strong customer focus. Working collaboratively, you oversee the creation of key deliverables such as effort estimations, project plans, and risk assessments, while ensuring progress is tracked and communicated effectively.
You foster a positive team culture through coaching and mentoring, driving individual growth and high performance. By setting clear standards and measurable outcomes, you keep the team focused on delivering tangible results.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, guiding digital transformation initiatives and aligning solutions with business objectives.
- Own and manage the product backlog; clarify client needs, define problems, and prioritize features for maximum impact.
- Develop business process maps and solution artefacts; collaborate with experience designers and engineers to ensure feasibility and user-centric outcomes.
- Build customer-facing solutions in highly cross-functional environments; provide technical guidance and influence decision-making.
- Lead the creation of product strategies, roadmaps, and prioritisation frameworks; advise senior stakeholders on best practices.
- Prepare and present proposals, effort estimations, risk assessments, and progress reports to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Apply structured problem-solving and data-driven approaches to develop innovative solutions and deliver continuous value.
- 6+ years in product management within consulting environments, with exposure to industries such as Retail, FMCG, or Transportation.
- Proven success in managing complex digital programs, stakeholder engagement, and delivering customer-facing solutions.
- Strong business analysis and change management skills; ability to document requirements and translate them into actionable specifications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to articulate product vision and influence cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and customer-centric design principles.
- Demonstrated ability to create measurable outcomes and drive adoption of digital solutions.
- Deep experience in delivering eCommerce and digital business solutions.
- Strong experience across various customer facing technologies.
- Deep understanding of business processes and innerworkings of one or more industries in the Private Sector
