About The Role
As the Identity and Access Management Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving the department's IAM solutions, ensuring secure and efficient access to information and services for over 700,000 students and staff.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Using monitoring tools to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Resolving complex identity and access management issues within agreed timeframes.
- Participating in the design and delivery of on-premise and cloud-based IAM solutions.
- Collaborating with business areas and project teams to develop and maintain IAM solutions.
- Contributing to the improvement of IAM processes and documentation.
The following traits would be beneficial:
- Intermediate experience with IAM processes, including lifecycle management and best practices.
- Proficiency in Azure AD Connect and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience in deploying IAM components from development to production environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in investigating and resolving IAM issues.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices, secure software testing techniques, and security principles.
- Attach a brief resume including contact details for 2 referees (referees should have an understanding of your relevant work history)
- Provide a two-page suitability statement outlining your experience with IAM processes, the use of monitoring tools, and the deployment of IAM components.
