We are expanding our Business Development team and are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager / Business Assistant to support and lead US-based initiatives in the home improvement and construction space.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in the US market, strong English communication skills, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with a high level of ownership and accountability.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage US-based rebate and discount programs, including cashback initiatives, marketing incentives, and government or utility rebate projects
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and external partners
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, KPIs, and partner commitments
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, dashboards, and tracking systems
  • Prepare structured proposals, presentations, and operational documentation for partners and stakeholders
  • Support the Business Development Manager on strategic initiatives and special projects
  • Analyze partner performance, project profitability, and operational efficiency to support data-driven decisions



Required Qualifications

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience working with the US market
  • 2+ years of experience in home services, home improvement, construction, or related operational/financial roles
  • Experience coordinating projects or working as a Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager / Business Operations role
  • Working experience at Government rebates program – federal, state, or local programs supporting efficiency or sustainability
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and consistently follow through on tasks and deadlines
  • Experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, and document management platforms



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with US rebate, refund, or incentive programs (government, utility, or marketing-based)
  • Background in construction or home improvement operations in the US
  • Good to have Russian language proficiency at C1 level or higher (not required)
  • Experience working with financial or operational workflows in the US market
