Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer focused on AI Engineering to join our team working on the GenAI project.

You will design and maintain scalable backend systems powering LLM-driven applications using OpenAI APIs, ensuring high performance and reliability. Join us to build cutting-edge AI solutions and advance your career in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize backend services for AI and LLM applications
• Integrate and scale LLM-based applications within cloud environments
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes
• Monitor and optimize the performance of AI services
• Ensure observability and maintain logging systems for LLM API tracking
• Collaborate with DevOps and AI/Data Science teams to enhance system reliability
• Manage cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure, for hosting AI applications
• Design and develop APIs and microservices to support AI-powered features

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering with a backend focus
• Proficiency in OpenAI APIs and AI service integration
• Expertise with MLOps and CI/CD tools such as Orion, ArgoCD and Opsera
• Skilled in monitoring and observability tools including Grafana, Dynatrace, and ThoughtSpot
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and technologies like Apache Spark and Databricks
• Advanced Python programming skills and microservices architecture knowledge
• Excellent English communication skills at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level

• Knowledge of data science methodologies
• Experience with natural language processing techniques
• Familiarity with OpenAI API usage and features
