We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last 6 months and you will be fully embedded in a team.

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in EU / Switzerland

Your mission

  • As part of the apparel design team, you will learn about and support the overall process of apparel design.
  • You will assist with the creation, application, and print development of apparel graphics for ongoing and new apparel collections.
  • You will assist in creating visual materials for internal presentations, edit technical sketches, and support the apparel team’s tasks and communication using your graphic design skills.
  • As a graphic designer, you will gain practical experience and a deeper understanding of apparel design work and sportswear.

Your story

  • You have a strong interest and passion for fashion, apparel.
  • You are currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in graphic design, apparel design or a related field.
  • You have a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and potential.
  • You have a strong graphic design skill such as typography, graphic creation, illustration, image retouch.
  • You have a good proficiency in adobe illustrator, photoshop and indesign.
  • You have an entrepreneurial attitude, ambition to learn and broaden your horizon, and you are willing to take on challenges
  • You have an explorative mind, excellent communication, and presentation skills
  • You are fluent in English both written and spoken.
