Pwc Luxembourg is hiring an Experienced Sales & Market Analyst (m/f/d). What if it was you?
Your mission: As part of the Client Relationships & Sales (CR&S) team, the Experienced Sales & Market Analyst acts as a strategic enabler - transforming complex data into actionable insights that help Partners make smarter, faster decisions.
This role drives sales transformation and client satisfaction by maximizing Salesforce CRM, delivering clear recommendations, and ensuring that client, pipeline, and market data translate into measurable business outcomes. You will lead reporting activities under Salesforce, manage projects, and collaborate across Finance, IT, Marketing, and senior leadership to address business needs and priorities.
Highly exposed to senior management, you serve as the analytical backbone of our sales strategy - not a data technician, but a trusted advisor who mobilizes resources, builds strong relationships, and supports PwC Luxembourg’s growth and differentiation in a competitive market.
Be a part of our team where you will:
Sales & Pipeline Analytics
- Maintain and analyze the firm’s sales pipeline, ensuring data accuracy and delivering actionable reporting;
- Provide recurring performance dashboards, including win/loss ratios, conversion rates, revenue by service line, and opportunity stages;
- Identify trends and opportunities for upselling or cross-service collaboration;
- Support Partners and Leaders during monthly business reviews and sales forecast meetings;
- Develop reporting tools that help Lines of Service and industries implement strategies and measure sales performance;
Strategic Reporting & Insight Generation
- Translate business challenges into clear analytical and technical requirements, particularly for Advisory-related topics;
- Act as a connector between Business teams, CDO, Finance, and IT to ensure alignment on scope, value, and deliverables;
- Structure and enrich data to meet business expectations while ensuring delivery feasibility;
- Generate client insights for top management and business teams;
- Recommend improvements to sales processes, CRM usability, and reporting automation;
- Contribute to best practices for client planning and relationship tracking;
- Share insights across the firm to foster a data-driven sales culture;
- Support training and onboarding activities related to Salesforce and analytics tools;
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement;
- Share best practices and act as a role model for PwC’s Cultural Evolution initiative;
- Coordinate with leadership to allocate resources effectively and address skill gaps;
- Ensure synergies across the CR&S team and with other streams and client-facing teams.
Let’s talk about you. If you …
- Hold a Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field;
- Have 3-6 years of relevant experience in a professional services or financial industry context;
- Bring exposure to sales analytics, business development, client reporting, or commercial operations;
- Possess experience in or familiarity with Big 4 methodologies and professional services environments, which is a strong asset;
- Command CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar) with excellence;
- Demonstrate advanced skills for data manipulation and visualization (PowerBI, Alteryx, etc.);
- Exhibit strong business writing capabilities for Partner-level storytelling;
- Combine analytical rigor with commercial acumen;
- Are proactive, structured, and comfortable in a high-autonomy environment;
- Have strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, able to brief Partners concisely;
- Act as a team player with a proven interest in client experience, business strategy, and innovation.
