As an Identity & Access Concepts Specialist within DB’s CSO Business Access Services stream, you will support the timely creation and review of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts for the bank’s applications. Partnering with business units across DB, you will help ensure compliant, well‑structured IAM designs that meet both internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Standardize and maintain templates, guidelines, and best practices for Identity & Access Concept (IAC) documentation across all applications.
- Support stakeholders with training, guidance, and daily queries on creating, reviewing, and improving IAC documentation.
- Review submitted IACs for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the IDAHO (our DB internal IAC documentation tool) SME, supporting feature definition, user training, feedback collection, and UAT activities.
- Monitor overdue IACs and support management reporting by highlighting progress, risks, policy impacts, and non‑compliance.
Skills
- Degree or equivalent background in IT, Information Security, or a related technical field.
- Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts, processes, and application identity models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high‑quality documentation.
- Experience with user support, process documentation, IT audits, or regulatory frameworks is a plus.
