The Manager, Business Analytics & Insights leads delivery of actionable, data-driven insights that improve business performance. You will partner with stakeholders to translate needs into analytical solutions; design and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports; ensure data integrity; and champion a data-driven culture across the organization. The role blends analytics execution, product/roadmap thinking, operational optimization, and team enablement.
What you'll do...
Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Partnership & Strategy: Engage business and technology stakeholders to clarify requirements, define success metrics, and prioritize roadmaps; drive adoption and change readiness.
- Product Mindset, Delivery & Change: Define roadmaps, run POCs, manage end-to-end implementation of analytics tools; assess readiness for change and drive user adoption; operate in Agile/SCRUM.
- Analytics Delivery (KPIs, Dashboards, Reporting): Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports; establish KPIs to monitor performance and inform decisions; validate data sources and oversee quality management.
- Advanced Analysis & Modeling: Perform deep-dive analyses, and predictive analytics; build and maintain analytical models (e.g., regression, clustering, churn).
- Data Engineering & Automation: Partner with engineering and technology on data models; guide the development of consumption tables to meet business needs
- Enablement & Leadership: Mentor and review analysts’ work; train teams on analytics platforms; promote a data-driven culture across functions.
- Documentation of assets and workflows for both business and technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Computer Science/Finance/Engineering or related quantitative field; or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in analytics, BI, or data science roles delivering insights at scale.
- Hands-on proficiency with SQL/Google BigQuery and at least one BI platform (Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Tableau Prep/Alteryx experience a nice-to-have.
- Ability to tell the story behind the data—excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of curiosity, proactively seeking out new information, trends, and insights to enhance decision-making and improve team outcomes.
- Experience with Python for analysis/automation.
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM, JIRA, and strong documentation practices.
- Familiarity with ETL pipelines; knowledge of statistical methods (e.g., regression, clustering, churn)

The pay range for this position is $91,900.00 - $126,390.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
