(a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage.

Role Overview

The Trading Operations Lead (OTC) will support MetaComp’s institutional OTC desk by ensuring seamless trade execution, settlement, and post-trade lifecycle management across digital assets, FX, and other supported instruments. This role is critical in maintaining a stable trading environment, ensuring operational accuracy, and providing high-touch support to clients and internal stakeholders.

We are looking for committed and passionate (OTC Trader) Associate/Senior Associate to join our Trade Operation Team responsible for:

• Booking, trade reconciliation and settlement
• Ensure smooth trade management, confirmations, and settlement for our full cryptocurrency product suite.
• Manage trade records and ensure data accuracy across multiple internal systems.
• Improve client experience via data analytics and workflow enhancements.
• Ensure proper asset segregation to protect client monies.
• Verify that all trading functionalities, such as order placement, execution, and settlement, work correctly.
• Validation of Business Requirements, ensure the trading platform meets all specified business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Trade Execution & Booking

• Assist the OTC desk in the execution of client RFQs, spot trades, swaps, and structured digital asset trades.
• Accurately capture trades in MetaComp’s systems, ensuring proper booking, timestamping, and pricing validation.
• Monitor order flow, trade queues, and system alerts to ensure timely processing.

2. Trade Settlement & Reconciliation

• Coordinate settlements with clients, custodians, liquidity providers, and counterparties across digital assets and fiat.
• Perform daily reconciliations of positions, balances, P&L, and break management.
• Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies and settlement breaks promptly.

3. Risk & Controls

• Monitor trading limits, credit exposures, and client collateral requirements.
• Track and escalate breaches, anomalies, or suspicious trade patterns.
• Support operational risk testing, internal audits, and regulatory reporting as needed.

4. Client Support & Relationship Management

• Provide pre- and post-trade support to institutional clients, including confirmations, settlement instructions, and issue resolution.
• Liaise closely with Compliance, Technology, Finance, and Product teams to support client servicing and operational workflows.

5. Process Improvement & Platform Reliability

• Participate in UAT for trading platform enhancements and new product launches.
• Propose process improvements to strengthen controls, reduce manual touchpoints, and increase operational efficiency.
• Ensure documentation, SOPs, and playbooks remain up to date and aligned with regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifcations:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in trading operations, middle office, or settlements, ideally within OTC, FX, crypto, or digital assets.
• Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle, settlements, reconciliations, and operational controls.
• Familiarity with blockchain transfers, wallets, digital asset custody, and AML/CFT considerations.
• Skilled in Excel, OMS/EMS platforms, and reconciliation systems.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and risk awareness.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging clients and internal trading teams.
• Ability to handle time-critical workflows and thrive in a high-volume, high-precision environment.
• Problem-solver with a proactive and analytical mindset.

Preferred Qualifcations:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in trading operations, middle office, or settlements, ideally within OTC, FX, crypto, or digital assets.
• Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle, settlements, reconciliations, and operational controls.
• Familiarity with blockchain transfers, wallets, digital asset custody, and AML/CFT considerations.
• Able to face off auditors
