We are seeking a results-oriented Business Analyst to join our FinTech team. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding our Payday Loan software platform, which is already live in several countries and being launched in new markets. Your work will directly influence how we deliver fast, compliant, and customer-centric lending experiences across regions.

Location: Remote (Europe or Ukraine)

Main Responsibilities

• Describe company-plan initiatives and backlog tasks for development teams.
• Own and implement tasks (prioritized backlog items) end to end from business requirements to production release.
• Drive the launch of the platform in new countries, adapting features and workflows to meet local regulatory, operational, and customer needs.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap of the product features, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regional growth objectives.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, risk, data, operations, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver seamless product enhancements and new market rollouts.
• Lead requirements refinement sessions, actively participate in managing and prioritizing the product backlog, and ensure effective collaboration with development teams.

Minimum expected results of the successful candidate's work in 2026 will include:

• Full takeover of the business aspect of two instances of the company’s software platform currently deployed in Romania and Czech Republic.
• Leading and implementing platform improvement initiatives aimed at keeping total deals amount stable and at increasing efficiency selectively in the aforementioned two countries.

Professional Qualifications

• 5+ years of prior experience as a Business Analyst
• 1+ years of experience of working in a FinTech or lending-focused organization (Payday loan or short-term credit experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of credit products, loan origination, and repayment flows.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Fluency in English (B2 level) and Ukrainian.

Additional Qualifications

• Proven experience in integrating and managing third-party KYC, payment, and data verification providers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• BABoK or similar internationally recognized certification is a strong plus.
