As part of our esteemed global team, you will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and subject matter experts, both within COWI and at client sites.


Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, updating, and analyzing project engineering, procurement, and construction schedules, providing valuable insights through schedule reports
  • Actively participating in planning meetings with key project stakeholders, contributing to discussions on major project tasks, task interactions, and the duration and timing of these activities
  • Thoroughly reviewing each schedule activity with project stakeholders, ensuring logical sequencing and accurate duration estimations, including factors such as equipment manufacturing and delivery
  • Allocating resources to schedule activities based on estimated hours, while considering resource limitations and striving for achievable task durations
  • Engaging with engineering, procurement, construction, clients, and other project stakeholders to gather progress updates and maintain an up-to-date project schedule
  • Generating schedule reports encompassing variance analysis, critical path identification, as well as both summary and detailed schedules
  • Actively participating in project meetings, collaborating effectively with the team to ensure smooth project execution
  • Appropriately integrating approved schedule changes into the overall project schedule, ensuring accuracy and consistency

Technical and Industry Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field; or project controls or industry experience
  • Project controls experience on EPCm projects
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn new skills, software, and processes
  • Strong collaborative skills that enable you to build strong, positive relationships with diverse groups.
  • MS Office skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Swedish


A must-have is experience working with Primavera 6
