The Chief Growth Officer for EMEA & APAC is responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion across the Asia-Pacific region for a global AI company. This role turns global growth priorities into results on the ground building pipeline, expanding enterprise relationships, and identifying where the business should invest next across EME & APAC.

Reporting to the Global CGO, this leader works closely with regional sales, marketing, product, and customer teams, as well as global leadership, to scale the business in both established and emerging markets.


What You’ll Do:

  • Own growth outcomes across EMEA & APAC, including revenue, pipeline, and expansion within existing accounts
  • Build and execute a regional growth plan aligned with global priorities
  • Partner with sales leadership on enterprise and strategic accounts
  • Identify new markets, industries, and go-to-market approaches where AI adoption is accelerating
  • Ensure global marketing and product initiatives are adapted effectively for local markets
  • Build strong partnerships with cloud providers, systems integrators, and regional ecosystem players
  • Serve as the senior growth voice for APAC with global leadership and product teams
  • Track market trends, competition, and regulatory developments that impact growth


How You’ll Work:

  • Lead through influence in a matrixed, global organization
  • Work closely with the Global CGO to align regional execution with company-wide goals
  • Make data-driven decisions while moving quickly in fast-changing markets
  • Balance near-term revenue delivery with longer-term market development


What We’re Looking For:

  • 15+ years in senior commercial, growth, or strategy roles within technology or enterprise software
  • Demonstrated success scaling revenue across multiple EMEA & APAC markets
  • Strong understanding of AI, SaaS, or platform-based businesses (technical depth not required, but fluency is)
  • Experience working in global organizations with regional accountability
  • Ability to operate comfortably with C-suite leaders, partners, and large enterprise customers
  • MBA or other advanced degree required


Nice to Have:

  • Prior CGO, CCO, or regional GM experience
  • Experience with complex or regulated industries
  • Background working with hyperscalers, global SIs, or government customers
