Golang Software Engineer - FinTech Scale-Up

The Role:
We're seeking a Golang Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You'll design and build high-performance, scalable systems that power our core financial products. This is a hands-on role where you'll work on complex challenges in distributed systems, APIs, and real-time data processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services in Go (Golang).
- Design scalable, secure, and performant architectures for financial applications.
- Collaborate with product and DevOps teams to deliver robust solutions.
- Optimize systems for low latency and high throughput.
- Contribute to code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience in Golang development.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience in high-performance systems or financial services is a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Interest in FinTech and financial markets.
