We are looking for a dedicated Compliance Project Manager to spearhead a green field pre-study within the compliance area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing comprehensive requirements gathering, solution design, gap analysis, and recommendation provision. Additionally, they will play a crucial role in procurement activities, stakeholder management, and establishing a small team of experienced IT and business professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a green field pre-study within the compliance area, managing all aspects related to the pre-study
  • Gather functional and non-functional requirements
  • Design solutions and evaluate various options
  • Perform gap analysis and offer recommendations
  • Manage procurement activities
  • Handle internal and external stakeholder management
  • Establish and lead a small team of experienced IT and business professionals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management or similar driving skills
  • Strong background in business and IT requirement definition and analysis
  • Proficiency in procurement and vendor management
  • Good understanding of software support processes and software development
  • Fast learner with the ability to pinpoint important aspects
  • Experience in managing time-boxed initiatives
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both structured and clear
