Remote | Micro-equity or volunteer basis | Early-stage AI/Education Startup
Maxibook is an early-stage AI startup rethinking how scientific knowledge is delivered, organized, and personalized.
We are building an Adaptive Knowledge System powered by dynamic knowledge maps and LLM-driven adaptive content, with an MVP expected by Q1 2026.
Our initial focus is on universities, research institutions, and publicly funded initiatives, with future expansion into the corporate HR sector (onboarding, continuous training, skill-gap reduction).
We are entering the fundraising phase and looking for passionate contributors who want to help us build the foundations of a global platform.
Tasks
N.1 - Marketing & Communication Lead (Early-Stage)
- Define and refine brand identity, positioning, and core narrative
- Shape the storytelling around adaptive knowledge and “dynamic books”
- Build the initial digital presence (website messaging, social channels, community touchpoints)
- Support outreach materials: pitch decks, presentations, one-pagers, partner communications
- Collaborate closely with founders to align messaging with product evolution
This role is hands-on and strategic, ideal for someone who enjoys building clarity and traction from an early, ambiguous stage.
N.1 - AI Engineer (LLM & Knowledge Systems)
- Design and implement LLM-driven adaptive content pipelines
- Work on knowledge mapping, concept graphs, and personalization logic
- Experiment with LLM orchestration and runtime strategies (Mixtral, LLaMA, OpenAI)
- Collaborate on validation of adaptive outputs and learning flows
- Contribute to architectural decisions around AI components and scalability
This role focuses on applied AI, not just prompts or models, but real systems that reason over knowledge.
Common for all contributors: Bring your enthusiasm, skills, and curiosity into the project. Every contribution matters — you’ll help lay the bricks of a system that could redefine the future of education.
Requirements
We welcome both experienced professionals and early-career talents — what matters most is your genuine interest in AI, education, and the desire to learn and grow with the project.
- Genuine interest in AI, education, or digital innovation
- Willingness to commit a few hours per week (flexible, milestone-based)
- Desire to learn, experiment, and grow together with the project
- No need to leave your current job or studies — join us part-time while we bootstrap funding
Benefits
We are early-stage, and contributions are currently on a voluntary and micro-equity basis, depending on role, commitment, and duration.
Once funding is secured, we are committed to recognizing and formalizing the contributions of those who supported Maxibook from the very beginning.
It’s about building something that truly matters.
- Join an international, visionary project from the ground up
- Gain the opportunity for micro-equity recognition and potential future integration into the founding core
- Be part of a team pushing the boundaries of AI in education
- Enjoy visibility, learning, and the excitement of shaping a startup before its official launch
Simply put: we’re working hard to secure funding — in the meantime, we’re building together. Your contribution today could become your long-term place in Maxibook tomorrow.
