- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from activating sourcing channels to preparing employment contracts, ensuring Line Managers receive high-quality candidate shortlists.
- Coordinate with external recruitment and temporary personnel agencies in line with local needs and assigned budgets.
- Guarantee a structured onboarding experience for all new hires, ensuring access to required tools, policies, and procedures.
- Support Line Managers during probationary periods by collecting feedback, completing documentation, and advising on development recommendations.
- Provide daily HR support to business functions, handling back-office activities and offering general assistance to the HR department.

- You bring 1 year of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
- You’re skilled in recruitment processes, onboarding activities, and HR administrative tasks.
- You’re known for your strong interpersonal skills and analytical mindset, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- You thrive in dynamic environments where problem-solving, proactivity, and daily interaction with the business are essential.
- You communicate fluently in Italian and English.
