Your Impact

What will you do?
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines (batch and real-time) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Integrate and manage data from diverse sources (cloud and on-premises), including setting up vector databases and embedding models.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation using Python, (No)SQL, (Py)Spark, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and relevant AI/ML libraries.
- Fine-tune and evaluate large language models (LLMs) for domain-specific tasks, including prompt engineering.
- Apply CI/CD, version control, and documentation for structured and reproducible development.
- Ensure reliable, secure, and compliant data flows and AI models, following governance and ethical AI principles.
- Monitor and optimize the performance and cost-efficiency of data pipelines and AI models.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
- Document model behavior, performance metrics, and decision logic for transparency and reproducibility.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering).
- At least 3 years of experience as an AI/Data Engineer or similar role.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Python, (No)SQL, (Py)Spark, and CI/CD.
- Knowledge of building and maintaining data pipelines, vector databases, and embedding models.
- Proactive, independent, and strong communicator; you enjoy working in an agile team and take initiative.
- Quality, security, and compliance are important to you, and you are always looking for improvement and innovation.
