At Panteon, we are looking for VFX Artists who are passionate about visual effects, eager to improve themselves every day, and excited to bring dynamism to our games.

What Do We Expect?

• Enthusiasm for developing casual games,
• Ability to fully contribute to the creative process,
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high energy, motivation, and strong sense of ownership,
• Being a great team player,
• Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and in an organized manner,
• At least 1 year of professional experience in Unity creating particle, model, and UI effects,
• Basic 3D design skills with Blender,
• Drawing and design skills using 2D tools such as Photoshop,
• Fundamental knowledge of lighting, color, texture, and composition,
• (Optional) Shader programming experience,
• (Optional) Basic scripting knowledge (Python, C#),
• (Optional) Experience with version control tools such as Git/SVN,
• Good command of English.

What You Should Expect?

• Collaborate closely with the technical art, development, and art teams.
• Design visual effects for different concepts while considering form, timing, contrast, color, movement, composition, performance, and consistency, as well as maintain and update existing effects in our games.
• Create visual effects for new and unique games reaching millions of players worldwide.
• Take an active role in the creation and development of new hit games.
• Work hard, learn a lot, and have plenty of fun with your team.
