QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in energy or EPC projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Law, or a related field.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC or similar contract frameworks.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage and monitor EPC contracts throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Ensure contractual compliance regarding scope, schedule, costs, and performance requirements.
• Evaluate and process change orders, claims, and variations.
• Identify and manage contractual and commercial risks.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, procurement, finance, and legal teams.
• Oversee contractor performance, payment schedules, warranties, and guarantees.
• Lead or support negotiations and dispute resolution.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation and prepare regular commercial reports.
