About the Job:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Wallet Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage daily wallet operations on our exchange, ensuring secure and smooth wallet flows across all networks. You will work closely with tech, compliance, and customer support teams to maintain operational excellence and safeguard our users’ assets.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor deposits and withdrawals across multiple blockchain networks.
• Verify transaction status and blockchain confirmations.
• Escalate stuck or delayed transactions to technical teams.
• Review hot and cold wallet balances and assist with reconciliation.
• Prepare daily and weekly wallet operation reports.
• Collaborate with compliance on flagged or high-risk transactions.
• Support customer support teams with wallet-related queries.
• Run test transactions during system updates and new integrations.
• Maintain and improve internal procedures for wallet operations.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in a crypto exchange or wallet operations role.
• Strong understanding of blockchain networks, transaction fees, and confirmations.
• Comfortable using block explorers and internal dashboards.
• Basic knowledge of wallet security practices.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, IT, or a related field.
